Forward's 11 points lead league in scoring
Spruce Grove Saints forward Parker Saretsky has been announced as the AJHL's Player of the Week.
The 19-year-old has points in all five games for the Saints to start the season, and has goals in each of the last four.
That includes a four-point performance against the Camrose Kodiaks in last week's 5-2 win, before adding another four points over the weekend doubleheader in Grande Prairie.
With four goals and seven assists, Saretsky's 11 points also lead the league in scoring.
Canmore defenceman Mark Drohan was named as the league's Defensive Player of the Week.
The Saints are back in action at the AJHL Showcase Thursday night, with a game against Okotoks at 8 pm.
