Police say there is no credible threat to the school and the school will remain open and running.
A Parkland County teenager is in police custody after threats towards a school were found online.
On Monday, RCMP were made aware of threats posted online towards staff and students at Entwistle School. RCMP located and arrested the 14-year-old boy at his home earlier today.
Police say there is no credible threat to the school and the school is open and running as usual. RCMP presence at the school will remain throughout the day as the investigation continues.
The suspect was in police custody and pending a bail hearing as of 10:30 this morning.
RCMP say they take threats of any nature to schools very seriously and will continue to take all necessary steps to ensure the safety of staff and students.
