Something every citizen from another country coming to Canada dreams of happened on Canada Day at the Spruce Grove Hall in Stony Plain. Over 50 people from all parts of the world were sworn in in an official ceremony. After a short introduction and official reading a oath was recited in English and French and then it was official, Canadian citizens from Stony Plain and new ones all alike joined in celebration of the achievement.
