Trevor Horne and Marie Renaud will be facing off, which is the first riding in Alberta where an incumbent MLA is being challenged for the position.
In December, two St Albert NDP MLA's will be battling for the same nomination.
Trevor Horne and Marie Renaud will be both going for the NDP riding, and this is the first riding in the province this election cycle where an incumbent MLA is being challenged for the nomination.. The winner will face off against candidates from other parties when the election itself rolls around.
For Horne, his goals will remain the same as his previous few years.
The local NDP constituency association members will vote on December 12th.
