Tyson Niles (31) was arrested at the Tri-Leisure Centre on May 14.
A Spruce Grove man has been arrested on an outstanding warrant and will appear in court next week.
At around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, local RCMP arrested Tyson Niles (31) at the Tri-Leisure Centre.
At the time of the arrest, the man was bound by three separate probation orders and one recognizance.
Further charges have been laid after he was found to be in possession of 24 grams of crystal meth, and two grams of fentanyl. Further investigation resulted in the seizure of another six grams of crystal meth inside a locker at the TLC.
Niles faces two separate drug possession charges, failure to comply with a recognizance, and six counts of not complying with a probation order.
He has been remanded into custody after a judicial hearing and will be appearing in Stony Plain Provincial Count on May 22.
