St. Albert RCMP are investigating a Hit and Run with a pedestrian.

RCMP are seeking information in locating a vehicle involved in a hit and run collision with a pedestrian.

On May 3rd at approximately 4:30 pm, St. Albert RCMP responded to a complaint of a motor vehicle collision on Eastgate Way near Eastgate Pointe.

A 13-year-old girl was crossing the street pulling a wagon of flyers when a light grey sedan failed to stop and ended up hitting the girl. The teen didn't suffer any injuries and the sedan continued northbound toward Edgwater Terrace. The license plate wasn't able to be identified and neither was the make or model of the vehicle.

RCMP encourage the driver to do the right thing and come forward reporting the collision to the police.

They are still actively investigating and are following up.
