Parkland RCMP is seeking public assistance to locate a missing boy.
15-year-old Phoenix Wemp-Buffalo was last seen Wednesday at approximately 12:15 pm in the Stony Plain area. He is described as First Nations, 5’8 with a slim build, short to medium brown hair with brown eyes. He was wearing a red hoodie, black sweater with black runners and carrying a black/red backpack.
