Construction to wrap in a few weeks
A park in Spruce Grove will have a modernized splash pad next summer
The city says work at on location in Central Park is expected to be finished by mid-November.
The work is being described as making it more interactive, with flush mounted nozzles installed in the ground that are activated through sensors.
A rendering of the upgraded splash pad is on our website and Facebook page.
The city says it cost about $320,000, and that the money comes from the city's lifecycle program for aging assets.
