Three people have been charged in relation to a break and enter in Parkland County.
A tip from the general public helped local RCMP in a recent arrest.
During the early hours of December 7, 2017 Stony Plain/ Spruce Grove/ Enoch RCMP responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle parked outside a rural business, and it appeared entry had been gained into the building.
Two male suspects were then taken into custody after they emerged from the surrounding forested area. The other male suspect was located with the help of Police Dog Services. RCMP then conducted a search of the vehicle and found a rifle, ammunition, methamphetamine among other narcotics in addition to stolen property.
Jessy Ranch, 27, Joseph Jones, 22, Steven Beneke, 31 from the Glenevis and Stony Plain area are now facing numerous charges including break and enter, possession of stolen property, possession of controlled substances and charges relating to the firearm.
