Four suspects face charges in a break and enter in Parkland County

Mason Anderson, Danny Friedrick, Jenny Ray and Taylor Krushinsky face five charges for the incident on Monday.

A busy evening for local police has resulted in four suspects facing charges in an attempted break and enter.

Danny Friedrick, Jenny Ray, Mason Anderson and Taylor Krushinsky have been charged with break and enter into a residence with the intent to steal, robbery with a firearm, break and enter into a business, possession of a restricted firearm, and wearing a mask while committing an offence.

This comes after an incident on Monday in which a man returned to his Parkland County home to discover the group in the process of stealing items from his house.

Disguised in bandanas, the suspects pointed a handgun at the homeowner and attacked him in an unsuccessful attempt to steal his van. The four then left on foot and attempted to hide on a golf course on Highway 44.

RCMP were able to locate and arrest the suspects with the help of police dogs and air services.

Anderson, Friedrick, Ray, and Krushinsky were in Stony Plain court this morning.
